Two earlier patches were fixing bugs relating to soviet vdv units. Also adjusted Finnish artillery, AT and AA gun command points costs.

Finished fixing major crashing bugs and added first version of Cold war finnish soldier breeds. i will adjust them over the next month or so to make them more accurate as what unit has what and so on.

Added minerolling tanks from west 81 and vanilla for soviets and americans and nato for conquest, and skirmish

Added missing icons for france.

Merged the mod with french nato so its no longer needed for playing the mod but it contains itself on it.
