Fixed error with skirmish code.

Fixed French Panhards not having the 7x54mm ammo.

Added loads of AI emplacements for the mod.

Fixed french 7,5x54mm to be 7x54mm ammo and just having caliber different and switched it for all french and nato french breeds and vehicles who use that ammo.
