- Added new missions: Solve Problem (Chinese translation only)
- Indestructible outpost is now completely implemented by scripted event which means you do not need to change server setting any more

- Fixed a bug where you cant destroy abandoned outpost reactor when server setting "Destructible outposts" disabled
- Made most of outpost wall indestructible even when "Destructible outposts" is checked
- Made alien ruin indestructible. Ruins are smaller and have more entrances
