-"loopNum" now resets to 0 per phase (basically meaning the attack patterns of phase 2/3 are a bit more consistent, not fully consistent though as some attacks are based off of attacks shot rather then loops of the attack pattern)
-Added easier attacks which appear later in attack patterns (making things slightly easier for slower people)
-Changed certain attacks to appear later in the attack pattern
-Nerfed how often the confuse and monarch (bullet scramble, called monarch cause I stole it from monarch) things activate
-Lowered the amount of some powerups
-Turned down the volume of the song a bit

-Wiped Leaderboards due to changes

Added a circle skew to "around" bullets (ones spawned everywhere, light blue on the left of the preview image) to help with readability

-I noticed while playing that single lasers were firing wayyyy to often in phase 3 so I've significantly reduced the rate at which they shoot.
-Also wiped the leaderboards of normal (but the one nightmare replay will still work (and yes nightmare does have the laser nerf but the replay will still show the buffed variant))
-Also also carried over a change to help with pixel visibility from nightmare to normal
