Comes with a Normal Difficulty probably around late Invasion difficulty (if I had to guess)
and a Nightmare Difficulty which was designed to be around the difficulty of Nightmare Titans (Medusa, Goliath and Storm) and is potentially even harder. If you're not very skilled at the game I wouldn't push yourself to beat it; it took me a lot of hours to complete it once. As long as you can beat the normal difficulty you can consider this completed.

Additionally comes with a buff to the Barrage powerup and 2 custom powerups, Miniature Black Hole (previously seen in Champion Campaign but with a new icon!) and a new powerup Buckshot (originally meant for the 5th boss of Champion Campaign but uhh the last updated time should tell you about that)
