- Added back a super important value that was accidentally deleted in Scout Sniper.

KNOWN ISSUES
=============
- Out of combat, Combat Surgery might heal additional Wounds beyond what is intended (it looks like sometimes bandaging gets split up into multiple phases). Honestly this is kind of a good thing as it spares you some time in Satellite View doing the Treat Wounds operation, but to each their own.
- The Flixborough bomb does not drop a static model upon landing (try to remember where you threw it!)
- The Flixborough bomb plays no SFX or VFX upon detonation.
- Mechanized Infantry mercs do not appear to take Core Damage from friendly fire.
- Having more than one merc with Wolf Pack Blueliner causes serious issues with the aura logic.

- Hit Hype Train with the Nerf bat because it was maybe a little too crazy. :P The Perk now reads as follows:

""Once per turn, when this merc hits a Wounded target or deals a Wound, everyone in the squad gains 2 AP at the start of the next turn.

Once per turn, when this merc is hit and has or takes a Wound, everyone in the squad loses 2 AP at the start of the next turn.

Whichever effect happens last negates the other."

- Fixed an issue with Big Guns Never Tire, where the chance for KO was being measured against target HP (AFTER being hit) so it never rolled. The Perk now just checks if the target has more than 0 HP.
