- Changed the flat 15% bonus CtH in "Big Guns Never Tire" to a 50% chance of inflicting Unconscious on a non-lethal Torso or Head hit.
- Added some stuff for a new (as-yet unfinished) Perk.

KNOWN ISSUES
=============
- Out of combat, Combat Surgery might heal additional Wounds beyond what is intended (it looks like sometimes bandaging gets split up into multiple phases). Honestly this is kind of a good thing as it spares you some time in Satellite View doing the Treat Wounds operation, but to each their own.
- The Flixborough bomb does not drop a static model upon landing (try to remember where you threw it!)
- The Flixborough bomb plays no SFX or VFX upon detonation.
- Mechanized Infantry mercs do not appear to take Core Damage from friendly fire.
- Having more than one merc with Wolf Pack Blueliner causes serious issues with the aura logic.

- Bumped the ally cap for Spark of War up to 5, which I think I said I was going to do a few updates ago but didn't actually do. :P
- Added a new Perk: "Big Guns Never Tire." A merc with this Perk, armed with a Heavy Sniper Rifle (such as the M82 in base-game or the NTW-20 from Tons of Guns) retains half of their Free Move, gains 15% bonus Chance to Hit, and uses 50% less AP to fire.
- Increased the time for mercs with Recipe For Disaster to produce a "Pineapple Grenade" to 72 hours.

- Added a new Perk: Wolf Pack Blueliner. This gives the merc 25% resistance to incoming damage, and grants 50% damage resistance to allies standing within 6 spaces of them. However, the other 50% is passed to the Blueliner. The Blueliner's HP cannot be reduced below 1 by indirect damage.
- NOTE: Wolf Pack Blueliner has NOT been set up for use by multiple mercs. Putting this on multiple IMPs will cause serious issues with the Perk's decision-making!
- Added a new Effect: In the Defensive Zone
- Bumped the damage thresholds for Power Core's Moderate/Severe/Critical damage up by 10% each, and made the Power Core a little more difficult to repair.
- Fixed a logic error in Combat Surgery's code that prevented the 3-Wound bonus from firing.

- Mechanized Infantry's Power Core should now only take damage from torso hits.
- Edited the tooltip for Mechanized Infantry to include the bit about torso hits.
- Changed the icon for the Low (negative) effect of Mechanized Infantry to yellow for more visibility.
- Thanks to Folioman's suggestion, Mechanized Infantry mercs are now completely immune to Tired and Exhausted. The Perk no longer forces Tired and/or Exhausted on the merc when the Power Core reaches Severe/Critical Damage.
- Spark of War's ally cap has been increased from 4 to 5.

- Added a new Perk called 'Mechanized Infantry': any merc with it becomes an android who is immune to Blinded, Bleeding, Choking, Dazed, Smoked, and Suppressed. A locked item is added to their inventory called 'Power Core,' which takes damage when they take damage. When the Power Core takes enough damage, the merc will suffer increasing penalties to their combat actions (Moderate, Severe, Critical). These can only be removed by repairing the Power Core using the 'Repair Items' satellite operation.
- Fixed a typographical error in Combat Surgery's code.
- Reverted Spark of War's Crit bonus to normal Crit Chance, instead of Crit Chance Per Aim, and bumped it back up to 8%.

Added extra checks in Combat Surgery so that it no longer reports any overage; for instance if the target only has 1 Wound and the healer rolls 2, you shouldn't get a notification that 2 Wounds were healed.
