Submitted for whitelisting (Will be ranked)

- Running the mod gives the user the ability to clear any voices that are still connected to them after leaving the game. This also clears their end, removing themselves from any other person's game without the server having it installed.

- Fixed the vanilla issue where you cannot mute people. This can only work if the server is running the mutator.
