Ver 1.2: Ajust Armor and Engine Swap!
Adjusted armor performance values to more realistic values (You will not die instantly in AT Mine and will survive until escape).
The durability of the wheels will now be the same as BTR80 (Destroyable with 7.62 ammo).
Change engine output and maximum speed settings.
Improved running performance on rough terrain.

Ver 1.1: Just Fix for Me
Fixed Mi28's FCS to work correctly.
Changed the display name from Cyrillic to Latin.
