This addon is based on the RHS BTR-82 MOD, it's adds BTR-82/82A.
(3D model not changed, just the config work).
However, some configs were strange and needed to be fixed. This mod fixes and improves it.

What BTR-82/82A?
Thats modernized and minor changed BTR-80/80A, equipped with modernized FCS, thermal imaging sight, and improved armor against IEDs.
Please check the Original MOD for more details.

Fix:

• FCS Fix:
  Original mod is breaking the Ka-52 and Mi-28 auto-cannon FCS.
  This version has been fixed it and now works well.
  
• ARMOR Fix:
  Original armor is too tough. (Not easily destroy with RPG, that feel weird)
  This version is adjusted armor performance values to more realistic values.
  (Your BTR will not explode instantly with AT Mine and will survive until escape)
  
• WHEEL Fix:
  Original wheel is too tough cause armor buff.
  This version is fix the durability of the wheels will now be the same as BTR-80.
  (Now destroyable with 7.62 ammo)

Improves:

• DisplayName:
  Add localization for display name Cyrillic (Russian) and Latin (English).
  
• Engine Power:
  Improve engine power and maximum speed (260hp->300hp, 90km/h->100km/h).
  
• Suspension:
  Improved running performance on rough terrain (suspension upgrade).
  
• ServerKey:
  BI Signed (has server BI Key), so it's ready for server whitelisting.

Known Issues:
Movement speed acceleration has not been enhanced yet.
