- trigger siege offer, offer which when accepted generates a new Siege mission against random enemy faction.
- Very Hard mission difficulty (can spawn randomly during mission generation with 50% chance compared to the others, Triggered sieges are always considered as Very Hard).
- Very Hard missions do not take rarity into account, meaning legendary ships have the same chance to spawn as common ships.
- Separate list of physical rewards can be configured for siege missions, these are added on top of the standard physical rewards for successfully finishing the mission. Both Planetary Sieges and Free Port Sieges apply for additional rewards if configured.
- NPC factions are compensated when they create ship sales and offers and not just assigned money on game load (so it does not happen that NPC faction runs out of money and stops creating offers until next game load/restart)

Changed the order in which the tanks/h2-o2 generators were filled, if tanks are found and tanks are filled, then h2-o2 generators are not touched (empty gas gens are performance friendly)

- NPC grids are updated in batches of 10 in subsequent ticks, this should spread the things a bit and reduce performance spiking with lots of NPC grids spawned in (during missions, sieges etc.)
- Added edge cases to skip thruster loop, if the ship is standing, and plans to do so
