Minor Changes:
-Ask for Claim acceptance calculation bug has been fixed so calculation outcome no longer bugged and shows it correctly.
-Stewardship skill now has %1 build speed bonus for each 1 stewardship skill.
-Marriage acceptance for "Marrying Up" and "Marrying Down" reasons multipliers reduced by 1/2.

Bugfix:
-A bug that causing supply limits to be incredible low fixed.

Removed Features:
-Monaspa damage reduced from 110 to 80, counters archer cavalry now and stack size increased from 50 to 100. --> Reverted back to vanilla because players can easily abuse this although it is good for AI.
-Caucasian Wolves tradition provinces has %50 levy modifier, mountains and hills provinces has %50 supply and %50 tax multipliers now, also characters has %50 vassal tax and %50 vassal levy contributions now. --> Reverted back to vanilla because players can easily abuse this although it is good for AI.

Save game compatible.

Minor new feature added:
-Elector voting pattern "Candidate is a foreigner's pet" modifier penalty increased from -15 to -60.

Minor balance adjustments:
-Tax Collector contributions slightly reduced from previous versions of the mod.
Negotiate Alliance;
-AI will do has 50 value if related by marriage. --> AI will do has 100 value if related by marriage.
-AI check frequency changed from 72 months to 24 months. --> AI check frequency changed from 72 months to 12 months.

All balance changes below after 14 June updates has been removed and reverted back to vanilla because of AI was not handling them properly and balancing reasons:

-Base supply limit of provinces reduced from 2000 to 1000.
-Supply per development reduced from 150 to 100.
-Base levy sizes of all buildings are reduced by %100 also their scaling reduced by half too.
-Base supply limit of all buildings are reduced by %100.
-Base garrison sizes of all buildings are reduced by %100.
-Castle building base levy size of level 1 increased to 250, level 2 to 300, level 3 to 350, level 4 to 400.
-Feudal Contracts tax contributions increased for each level.
-Feudal Contracts levy contributions increased for each level.
-De jure drift speed reduced from 100 years to 50 years.

Minor Changes:
-Marriage acceptance has -20 value for different culture characters now. --> Marriage acceptance has -40 value for different culture characters now.
-Temujin now appears between 1180-1200 instead of 1180-1250.
-Mongol Invasion target character weights and region priorities changed to represent historical route that mongols invade.-->Reverted to vanilla after latest changes to mongol invasion cb with latest updates, there is no need for this feature anymore.

Minor new feature added:
-Base garrison sizes of all buildings are reduced by %100.(To work in harmony with mod's adjustments to levy sizes.)

Minor balance adjustments:
-Castle building base levy sizes increased.
-Feudal levy contributions reduced.(Only Normal and High contributions %5 higher than vanilla now, other levels goes back to vanilla values.)

Urgent minor feature removal:
-City building base levy size of level 1 increased to 500, level 2 to 600, level 3 to 700, level 4 to 800. --> Removed because holy orders can hold cities and this makes holy order numbers extreme nonsense.

Standing Armies at Late Medieval, 1 maa limit bonus removed. --> Standing Armies at Late Medieval, 5 maa size bonus removed.
Men at Arms innovation at High Medieval, maa size bonus reduced from 4 to 3. --> Men at Arms innovation at High Medieval, 1 maa limit bonus removed.
-Hard Difficulty option AI bonuses changed:
men at arms maintenance = -%50 -> -%40
men at arms recruitment cost = -%50 -> -%40

A little note: For a long a time there will be only minor changes to mod, mod is almost complete now. Thank you all for helping this mod to improve, please keep giving suggestions and ideas, I will write them all down together and release them in one major patch in future.
