General:

+ Minor tweaks to AP cost and MP costs, allowing them to be more affordable

+ Gate spells got MP cost reduced to 44 MP only

+ Goblin Skull got buffed, now had 50% chance to inflict Fear outright and the increased buff duration is 50% now, making it a very enticing endgame piece for many classes, not just GS.

Vanilla:
+ Scout is now a sure crit + crit dmg up. Back then I thoughtit's a tool to intentionally not crit, but in practice I found myself rely on repair scrolls anw, coupled with GS identity is shaping up to be a crit stacker makes Scout anti-synergistic with GS kit as a whole, quickly become a dead skill. So I decided to change it into an on-demand crit, similar to Monk's Focus Spirit

Candleholder:
+ Scout is free action now, because Candle is magic.

Universal change:
+ Improved debuff durations from Bag o' Tricks skills as they are extremely taxxing compared to vanilla skills
slightly buff Throw Mainhand Damage
+ Orcbolg has lower base damage but stronger scaling now
+ Critical Moment became 4PP, but instead last for a whole turn and further increase crit damage by 15%
+ Repair Scroll accelerate next turn, drastically improved GS's tempo
+ Into Hiding is skip turn ability again.
+ Gate skills now completely ignore defense and resistance.

Vanilla GS:
+ Pepper Bomb became Fire Bomb, a typeless Fire damage skill capable of interrupting enemy unconditionally, and also drastically increase their chance of receiving crit
+ Scout has cooldown again, but also accelerates next turn

Candleholder GS:
+ Inflame now boost physical damage by 25% on top of granting Fire element, and last 4 turns.
+ Death's Candleless penalty now last 4 turns.

Changed Kaine's Class from Dragoon to Dragon Slayer since it fits with my current concept for that Class more.
