Assorted balance changes:
Gatekeepers are a bit tougher.
Phasing happens more frequently.
Empowered enemies start powering up when they see you and power up faster
Try and making alerting actually cause hunting behaviour

Another Gatekeeper weird corner case fix; seems related to enemies spawning in. When the level is cleared if elevators are still locked unlock them.

Bug fix: Asterius and Mimir bots can now be gatekeepers again as elevators are unlocked if they become friendly

Improvements:
Robotic Gatekeepers will unlock the elevators if hacked or disabled.

Improvements and balance changes:
Make Gatekeeper, alerting, radioactive and polluting play nicer with Mimir and Asterius side quests. MDF and Asterius sentries can no longer get these traits, and they won't get awoken set to hunting by alerting either.
Make radioactive irradiate faster

Balance changes.
Adaptive now gives a malus to the other three damage types rather than one at random.
Sniper decays faster and turns off at range 2 rather than 1, and updates more regularly.
Draining does more drain.
Spikey gives some armour.
Alerting sound effect is quieter

Workaround for phasing enemies and the frozen temple. So they teleport back out if they have teleported inside the locked door.

If the elevator is still locked by a gatekeeper but the level is somehow cleared, then unlock on interaction.

Make alerted more obvious to the player when it affects an enemy, ensure it can't try and just make the same enemy hunt over and over.

Draining once again removed from weapons on death - broke it when I changed how drain worked in a previous update
