The Norscan factions added by IEE are no longer considered Wulfrik and Throgg in terms of rites and now have a less powerful(?) but more appropriate rite

nearly uploaded a mistake that would've accidentally gave Greenskin rites to Cathayans, Cathayan rites to Norscans, and Norscan rites to Greenskins, this update fixed that before it went public
