Rebalanced the difference between Light Fighters and Heavy Fighters.

* Slightly increased the Agility of Light Fighters (+5)
* Single engines (Engine Module x 1) are now allowed on Medium Air Frames (now you can represent P-47, FW 190A-8, etc.)
* For Heavy Fighters, added an Agility malice to any engine count greater than 1 with increasing agility hit the greater the engine count. (This is to compensate for how the new patch trades extra thrust for agility. Was running into an issue where a heavy fighter with 4 engines had much greater agility than a light fighter!)
* Added slight defense bonus to engine counts great than 1 (representing the ability to keep flying with some of the engines inoperable)
* Removed the fuel consumption malice for Light Air Frames. Added it to Medium and Large Air Frames instead. Not sure why Paradox had this in there. I changed it to balance out Light Fighters and Heavy Fighters (increase the trade-offs between the two to provide more interesting choices).
