Added a GPWS (Ground Proximity Warning System), improving safe flights even in low visibility (fog/night).

Updated Rescue Dragon.

- Fixed explosive hatches not beeing tight anymore (Space DLC changes). Hatches now swivel, therefore, it is possible to close them again.
- Added additional emergency lighting in the bay.
