I added guardrails where the Chicanes are located.

Before i've made the Bugatti Layout, i did make a Layout without the 2 Chicanes on the Mulsanne Straight.
This Layout is included now.

Changed Vis Groups for the white Lines on the Bugatti Circuit, to get them visible with Low Graphics Setting too.

- removed more than 1200 Meshes from the SCN File, that are not necessary to be loaded for the Bugatti Layout
- added some Cones to mark the "Entry" to the Bugatti Circuit
- added 7 digital Flags and Corner Workers
- added 20 Nightlight Poles and Nightlights
- added a Pedestrian and an Advertising "Bridge" that were not there
- added 2 "Brake Markers"
- covered a black Area, on a Gravel Trap on the left, at the last Part of the Bugatti Circuit
- fixed the LodOut Clipping of some Meshes
- made a new AIW and Cam File
- .... made some more minor Things, that don't worth it to be listed in Detail
