Buffed Manifold Strike's damage to 50% and made it less messy in attack previews. Reduced the life/magic attack scaling of Anchorhold. Put a cooldown on the Samurai's Loyalty effect to avoid massive exploitation, but added +1 sword/dagger to compensate.

Under the hood fixes to the Siren's Seethe-Weed Salve. +1 Quake added to the Ravager's Seismic Surge.

Under the hood alias changes to make mutually exclusive passives easier for other modders (and myself, lol) to add. To make your own Elite Passives mutually exclusive with mine, add the 2 following lines in their definition:

supportAbilsToReplace=prom_elite_passives;
supportAbilReplaceAliasID=prom_elite_passives;



Also, Prognosis (Scholar) and Citadel (Warden) have been buffed.

Changed the dispel portions of Power Sequence to purge. Power Sequence is no longer incompatible with Pure Mind and Inversion.
