Major update: migrations! Population within your empire will now flee devastated and overpopulated areas and settle down in areas with less going on. Once the devastation on the devastated areas is cleared, some may slowly move back home. New variable being tracked in yearly report: migrations indicate 1 development having moved within your country, If a pop moves in or out of your country it will be in player dev change.
