Fixed itemremove() error that occurs when mod tries to remove bullet in an unrendered chunk by adding check to remove bullet after traveling a certain distance

added sandbox option that allows player to enable/disable ability of bullet to ignore cars when shooting at a Z level lower than the player (enabled by default)

if using shotgun, zombies will always react to the hits no matter what

B42 compatibility update:

- disable throwing (vanilla throw for now)
- tightened spread for shotguns (big buff)
- reduced crit chance for shotguns (nerf)
- added iso cursor for better ease of aiming
- added bandage to fix inconsistency of shooting zombies stepped on in B42 (hard in b42 for some reason)
- added support for shooting animals
- added files to hide vanilla bullet tracer (user must manually override them with the files in the effects folder of ATRO into project zomboid game directory, more info in FAQ)
- fixed issue where bullet spawns if gun is empty
- hid vanilla gun crosshair
- fixed error when shooting
- fixed texture of projectile not spawning
- fixed weapon attachment nil error
- added support for new height limits
- made change so that bullet ignores car if player shooting from a higher z level
