Used Time reduced by Rigidel in Pantheon which is inaccurate for offline lump times changed to exclude pantheon bonus

Fixed an oversight where the mod assumes the lump which was growing when the game was closed would always be harvested by the automatic lump collection.
This would result in all lumps being turned into normal lumps when playing daily.

Add some diagnostic Popups in-case something unexpected happens.

On mod load inspects last loaded save to get offline time, instead of only relying on loadLumps function.
