Removed ceramic plates breaking after 4 hits, since armor breaks faster now anyways.

Fixed some combinations giving incorrect result item.
Fixed missing arms protection from medium full armor.

Reduced Kevlar helmet penetration protection level to light, to make it function with free move perk.
Increased Kevlar helmet damage absorbtion when penetrated.
Reduced Heavy helmet penetration protection level to medium.
