Balance:
General:
Increased cost of guns and ammo

Added Shooting stance cost for PinDown (this action will be revamped down the line)

Increased point blank range from 4 to 6 tiles

Reckless Assault will now correctly use recoil penalties
Reckless Assault AP cost increased by 2
Reckless Assault number of attacks reduced by one (4, can be increased with components ,see below)
Reckless Assault no longer causes Tired, instead causes Out of Breath, which lasts for a round (but reduces ap by 2)
Cant use Reckless Assault or Run and Gun when Out of Breath

Reduced Marked CTH bonus to 10%

OW ap cost now takes into account the "aim" cost (will cost +1), applies to prepare weapon too


Shooting Stance and AP:

Reduced the burst attack of SMGs to 3 ap
All AR now have 4 AP burst, independent of the caliber
Scopes no longer increase shooting stance ap (please re-apply components for it to take effect)
Reduced attack AP of snipers by 1

Swapping to handguns is free, as long they are not dual wielded. Now they will have the sidearm function, specially when you dont have enough ap to enter stance with you main weapon

Bugfixes:
Fixed enemies trying to shoot through the walls. Let me know if this introduces weird behavior or other bugs.
melee aiming no longe considers Dex+Marksmanship for scaling purposes, just Dex

I will also be extensively testing tweaks to the AI, including changes to shooting stance for AI and better consideration of hipfiring CTH penalties. Soon in next updates

Introducing new CTH modifier: Peeking from Cover. Will apply when a character steps out of cover to enter shooting stance or OW. Will check attacker position in relation to old cover and apply a penalty which is roughly 50% of low cover effect.


Added UV dot to some weapons that lacked it
Improved Ironsight has effect on aimed attacks


Bugfixes:
fixed some data about shooting stance being wiped upon game loading (cone, return pos, aim pos)
fixed a bug that would cause you to return to cover when trying to move

Balance:
No Stock and Folded Stock reduced Stance Ap from 1 to 2- tweaks to Shooting angle and Hipfire penalty

5.56 rounds have fragmentation effect, which increase critical damage by 10%

AP rounds now have decreased critical damage and increased recoil
Match rounds have increased aim, range, and Critical Scaling
Tracer rounds apply Marked, Revealed and are easier to compensate recoil
HP rounds now have increased critical damage (instead of chance)
Shock rounds have increased critical damage and no longer cause exposed
Shotgun shells no longer affect OW/shooting angle, only buckshot angle

UI:
Now the weapon will display

Recoil Multiplier (doesnt include caliber, just weapon + components_)
