reduced min aim scaling from 60% to 50%, reduce max aim scaling from 110% to 100%
added Mod options for min/max aim scaling

Changed formula for targeted body parts penalty:
will now be much more dependant on attribute Composure (Marks+Wisdom)
Helsoldt Scope now only applies effect if aim level is > 3
there are now options to modify values of the targeted shot penalty

Mod options:
added mod options for multipliers in Marksmanship or Dexterity. Can reduce or increase the effect of these attributes on accuracy. Also an option for rounding or not this multiplier. They are implemented in the form of a separeted CTH modifier
Balance:

Re-enabled Low Cover increased effects and Peeking from Cover Effects that were disabled by mistake

OW attacks no longer have base penalty, only the snapshot penalty
snapshot penalty will always scale with reflex now
Reflexes or Strength can reduce Hipfire/Snapshot further
MG Setup reduces snapshot penalty reduced by 35%, for all atacks
MG Setup interrupt attack bonus increased to 12
MGs now have 2 free interrupt attacks

Heavy Stock bonus to aim will be the only one that will be flat and no affected by scaling (most of the time no reduction) as it has a big cost (increase ap stance)

Stance ap cost = always be 0 outside combat
Long barrels on handguns will decrease PB bonus a bit more now

Bugfixes:
Prepare weapon will now transfer the correct amount of AP even when you have low ap

Balance:

Aim rework: Dex+Marksmanship will no longer grant a flat bonus when aiming.
now the weapon aim bonus will be multiplied by a number that depends upon your Hand-Eye Coordination( Dex+Marksmanship)
At 60 or below, the aim bonus will be multiplied by 0.6 (40% reduction), while at 100 it will be multiplied by 1.1 (10% increase).

Added an option to further multiply aim bonuses in accordance with the user preference.


Fn Minimi is no longer cumbersome
Sligthly increased fnMinimi hipfire penal
Sligthly decreased RPK74 hipfire penal
Increased hipfire penal for cumbersome weapons
Fixed winchester having wrong Stance AP Cost


Hipfire penalty now influences the recoil penalty when firing MGs without setup
M82 increased range by 6, damage by 10, hipfire by 20%

Reduced bipod bonus from 15% to 10%

Added unaware sight radius mod options

Soft dependancy for TGCN, you dont need to have it for playing this mode, this dependancy is just so my mod loads later and have compatibility.
