Medusalings on Nightmare now respawn as a slightly tougher faster exalted medusalings. Previous Exalted Medusalings are now Exalted Archmedusalings ( and ArchMedusalings still respawn as those). To fix issues in early Callisto in Apocalypse the old respawn type caused.

Medusaling now has slightly improved splash resistance when slithering, so if you want to grenade launcher them you need them to be static or you are taking a hit.

Exalted Medusaling now correctly get the medusaling version of slithering not the medusa one.

Medusaling spash resistance is now part of their slithering perk,

They now have their own sound effects, these are alters of the standard medusa sounds so could be better if done by someone who knew what they were doing.

Medusaling have been recoloured to make them much easier to see.

They now no longer cause bleed, to avoid a complete melee death spiral but they can now blind you (reduced vision range)!

Medusaling slithering is now difficulty dependent, so they are much harder to hit at higher difficulties. Bring a shotgun!

Mid and late game Medusaling packs are bigger, Arch-medusaling pack size is unchanged.

Medusalings now have splash resistance to give you a reason to not just always rely on a grenade launcher to solve problems.
