-hotfix for a switch that was not functioning properly

-disabled collisions on two fence props on the first branchline station that were not allowing some railcars to pass
-added another industry track to the unnamed town between the gorge and the logging camp
-added a few signs so i actually remember what i'm supposed to make and where
-added a (currently locked) switch to Blu Blast Complex staging yard that will eventually lead to a small industrial park
-removed herobrine
