Added an option to warn the player or pause the game if a merc out of vision is being detected in Exploration mode.

Also changed the name of a mod to better communicate the increasing number of features.

Fixed time dilation not working, probably due to a FirstLoad bug.

Fixed a false positive that resulted from detection not being factored in until the end of a unit's movement, but the indicator calculating detection across every point on the path. Credit to mrflagio for finding this bug.
Fixed the mod option for the Indicator not working.

Fixed enemies not visible to the player's team triggering the detection indicator.

Added the option to change how much time slows down during out-of-combat aiming to 0%/10%/25%/50%/100%.
Added a toggle for the detection indicator in the mod options.
