Added Flood Juggernauts to High Charity (2 in total - one outside, one inside)
Fixed Duplicate Zealots / Honor Guard Councilor on Outskirts (Correct Stealth Elite spawns instead)
ODSTs in the first atrium on Cairo Station now wield SMGs and Magnums instead of just Magnums
Heavy Grunt ally in the vehicle section of Uprising now has a BPR instead of a FRG to prevent teamkilling
Hunter placement on Outskirts has been fixed - moved from the Hotel to the vehicle section
Reduced the number of Marines in the initial Outskirts area by 1
Jackals on Outskirts now wield more variety of weapons as intended
More Flood Carrier forms use shields in Sacred Icon and High Charity
