Redid spawn system, units should no longer cower behind the HQ building like idiots.
Every unit now has its own start waypoint placed when spawning the unit which the unit will run/drive from the edge of the map to reach instead of spawning in near the edge and running/driving around in circles until told to snap out of it.
Tiger I machine gun ammo removed for historical accuracy or something.

Fixed ZiS-2 only spawning once.
Added ZiS-30 (ZiS-2 mounted on a small tracked vehicle) to spawn options
Reduced cost of some units
Increased spawn limits on heavy equipment (Usually from 3 to 5)
Adjusted available reinforcement points based on difficulty (6000, 5500, 5000, 4750)
Removed certain difficult enemy vehicle spawns from 'Easy' and 'Normal' difficulty
Increased delay between spawns of certain difficult enemies across the board.

Fixed small area which was marked as water and forced vehicle/equipment dismounts.

Removed bugged/corrupted scenery crates which crashed the game on loading depending on mods used.
