Updated the defences of some early enemies so they're not quite as easy. They're still easy, though.

Cleaned up a few small errors.

- A new town hub and save crystal in Salmon Bay, the Salmon Baywatch. This area now has enemies and a small sidequest.
- A new recurring enemy NPC with optional boss fights
- Updates to existing enemies and the inclusion of new enemies scattered about the world
- Updates to animations
- New equipment
- Three new Good-Getter endgame superbosses, putting the total at 10

Fixed a few small bugs and swapped the locations of a few items.
