**COMPATCHING**
- Full compatch to bring the mod in line with fixes in vanilla v1.12.4.

**CONTENT**
- Complete revamp of the Numenorean Blood trait system, moving to a tiered trait with XP determined at birth that allows for greater detail in strength of the blessing, including full rework of all historical characters.
- New tiered version of the Mariner lifestyle trait.
- Added a new Daen faith, “Gifts of Ivann”, which enslaved Nurnoth people will practice in secret prior to Sauron’s demise.
- Should Sauron be destroyed, new events have been added for the slaves to openly convert and take over the kingdom of Nurn.
- The ruler who destroyed Mordor will be given the option to make Nurn a Client State, Protectorate, or simply sign a truce.
- Added Noldor spear 3D asset.
- Two new wilderness blocker events 'Bear Baiting' and 'Howls from the Hills'.
- New random event for Goblins: 'Decorations'.
- Gave the 'Axe that Walks' a family.
- Added numerous deceased elves to act as legend seed characters for Elven Ancestry.
- Added Godly Ancestor legends for Durin and some darkness faiths.
- Added Azaghal Legend and Telchar / Narvi saintly deed Legends.

- It is now more difficult to Demand Conversion of Corsairs.
- De jure capital of Szreldor moved to Szrel-Kain.
- Reduced era scaling costs for legends.
- Locked the ability to select mining tree perks behind the ability to mine.
- Added legitimacy effects to Realms CBs.
- Armageddon province destruction in Balrog Struggle no longer targets lowest development holding first.
- Added a cross-race acceptance malus to vassalisation.
- Made Dunedain chieftains harder to vassalise.
- Added more information to tooltips when buying resources.

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed income window being screwed up due to both being a tributary and having a tributary.
- Underground counties show province modifiers again.
- AI won't colonise disabled empires/kingdoms anymore.
- Huz-Margoz won't get the "Renew alliance between Dale and Erebor" event anymore.
- Nerfed an overpowered historical child in Dale.
- Moved the de jure capital of Szreldor from Mistrand to Szrel-Kain.
- You can now Demand Conversion of Master Mariners, but cannot Demand Conversion of Maia or Istari.
- Black Numenorean Kings of Numenor are now correctly titled “Ar” instead of “Tar”.
- Title names are invisible now in areas set to wastelands at game start.
- The Gondor/Bellakar alliance decisions and the Uniting the Faithful event chain have been adapted to account for the Reunited Kingdom.
- Fixed good Saruman forming the Cult of the White Hand on Sauron’s death.
- Fixed issue with colonisation blockers not being cleared.

**BALANCE**
- Limited disease spread to dwarves on Lore-friendly game rule.
- Denethor and Umbar claimants receive large legitimacy loss if Aragorn returns to the throne.
- Permit marriage of Theodred should he survive and Rohan succeeds in war against Saruman.
- Added plot armour against certain diseases for certain core lore characters.
- Converted many mountain goblins to feudal.
- More innovations for goblins.
- Dwarves now gain / lose legitimacy for refusing / accepting a ring of power.
- Lowered tendency for Mayor of Michel Delving to be deposed by the Thain of the Shire.
- Grant claim on the Ulukai when taking Gundabad decision that would give you it, if already found by adventurer.

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed some cases where orc clothing was appearing erroneously.
- Fixed an issue where character window was showing incorrect domain limit.
- Removed some cases where Wildmen invasions could be declared on the Wilderness.
- Removed a case where Wilderness could offer protectorate to some realms.
- Fixed an issue where Rohan would be able to take Isengard after success in war against Saruman, even if he doesn't own it.
- Shire Thaindom will now get drifted when Reunited Kingdom solidifies.
- Fixed issue with Gondorian Vassals not transferring in a fringe case when Aragorn is coronated.
- Solidified Reunited Kingdom can now use Oath of Eorl without Gondor title.

**BALANCE**
- Additional rebalance work for the new base elven MaAs added in the last patch.
- Cant ask opposite alignment rulers to spread your legends anymore.
- Limited candidates of opposing races for recruitment in travel events.
- Beard-rot dwarven disease will now only occur on non-lore friendly game rules (and rename of said rule).

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed most outstanding issues with Dwarven Reincarnation mechanic - should be mostly functional now!
- Numerous minor bugfixes and typo corrections.

- Dunedain Ranger now have their own outfits, they no longer have fancy clothes in the wilderness
- A new tenet for certain elven faiths
- Several dynamic CoAs have been added + several old CoAs have beenreworked
- A dwarf specific plague
- A cheeky event referring to a *cough* *cough* series
- AA now have their own background
- A _lot_ of music has been added to the mod
- The Tedjin faith icon has been updated
- A few CoA assets have been added
- The start of the elven MaA rework
- A ruined model of Annuminas before it gets upgraded (once again by @Arkia)
- Game rules added by the mod now have a "Realms" prefix

- Orcs are immune to balding
- Effects of Sauron being destroyed in terms of faith and culture has been reworked slightly
- Orcs and elves can convert same race counties

- Added settlement level requirements to resource mine buildings
- Restricted the ability to hold council and court positions to require adult age of given race
- Increased the average age of *most* randomly spawning dwarves of an adult age
- Made 'The Book of Grudges' dwarven event fire less frequently
- Made more lore-important characters safer from harm events
- Made negative health events take into consideration typical 'old age' for different races / blood
- Made dwarven duchy building names a little clearer in their purpose
