- Empires of Thâni-Hazâd, Mag and Tumag, Ûsakan and Western Yellow Mountains added
- Intro events for several characters in the new region
- A new struggle to encapsulate the inner-workings of the Balan-Lai
- A ton of new cultures and faiths unique to the region
- Fleshed out the royal line of the Blacklocks
- Using the script profiler provided by PDX, we have significantly improved the performance of the mod, up to the point where we are roughly 20% more performant

**CONTENT**
- Reworked Numenorean blood trait to move from a single trait with 10 different XP trait levels, to 10 individual trait levels.
- Reworked Numenorean blood trait icons to make the level more clear at a glance.
- New Elven dynasty legacy tree to replace the blood tree.
- New intro event for Lanthir, random dwarven event 'A Challenger Approaches', 'The Man-Eater' wilderness event
- Added an event for a King of Gondor to make the Stewards Princes of Ithilien
- New Gondorian sword, dagger and spear, Noldor spear, and Haradrim spear 3D models.
- Reworked a vanilla decision to allow rulers with the Gift of Men tenet to lay down their life when they reach an old age.
- Added Ringil artifact.
- New eye effect for Maiar and characters who have seen the light of the Two Trees.
- Added legend seeds for finding mithril, forming Szreldor and killing the Balrog.
- More elves for elven ancestor legends.
- Tweaked Lamedon, Kanivatra dynasty and Parivaina dynasty CoAs.

**BALANCE**
- Increased orc's appetite for building buildings.
- Gave the Witch King permanent fixed stats rather than randomised on game start.
- Made Balin less likely to want to create a cadet branch.
- Crafting cost is now removed when clicking the craft button, rather than on artifact completion.
- Elves won't be tempted by one-night stands while going to university or at feasts.
- Characters who can't marry now can't acquire soulmates or lovers either.
- Kathasaptha faith is now Theocratic.

**BUGFIXES**
- Numerous fixes to historical Numenorean blood tiers, which we're continuing to work on.
- Fixed some issues with incorrect gender succession laws being applied.
- Fixed an error with triggering on same race condition for vassalisation checks.
- Fixed a court event that would place temples in colonies.
- Fixed issue with domain limit tooltip.
- Fixed incorrect title localization for female spouses in Bree.
- The Gondor/Bellakar alliance decisions and the Uniting the Faithful event chain have been adapted to account for Pharazain.
- Added some missing cultural descriptions.
- Witchking can now get XP.
- Nazgul now won't pop up in courts with claims seeking help.
- Wastleand characters will no longer spawn for caravan master events.
- Vanquish Darkness CB in Forodwaith will now generate a new ruler of a more sensible culture and faith.
- Numerous localisation and typo fixes.
