Quick Bug fix - Dragon Conservatory was showing buildable when not on dragon eggs

- added 2 new elementals (SaltWater Elemental, Raw Magic Elemental)
- removed a remaining sorcerors of angil
- reduced Shiny Diamonds abilities and hit points
- added Dragon Conservatory to faction to help with late game mana
- removed all temple units except Helia for now
- removed all shrines except Helia for now

Initial Release

- Currently fully functioning faction, but will need some balancing.
- Meant to be powerful units, but with extreme resource limitations.
