- Spruced make-up of world-geo, converted certain details to LODs.
- Converted outside entrances to use worldbrush

- Visleafs should now be slightly more optimal
- if you could count 14340 numportals as "optimal" lulz

Todo: add missing fx for battery targets (if you have ep2, these should work as intended already).
