いきなり強力な敵艦隊に化ける恐れがあります。

I implemented a cat mercenary group.
Since the AnimalEars mod has strong allied admirals, experienced cat ears admirals join the enemy's unmanned fleet as mercenaries.
There is a risk that they could suddenly turn into a powerful enemy fleet.
