-Added the first stage of Dorwinion’s focus tree, along with their characters & balance of power. The tree is still very rough (minimal localisation & graphics, and several focuses that rely on the upcoming vanilla MIOs feature remain unimplemented) but largely functional

-Added an adjacency across the Celduin just East of Mirwood
-Moved the adjacency in Dalelands one province to the east
-Divided Rhovanion into 6 tags that share a decision to reform it (gain cosmetic tag & cores)
Balance:
-Countries outside Gwaithurium cannot join factions led by Gwaithur tribes
-Reduced the “Wilderness State” resistance target from 125% to 100%

-Reduced vineyard output form 10 to 5
-Added a decision to annex any remaining wilderness/forodwaith once controlling all else

-The “Upgrade Market” decision no longer continuously repeats
-Fixed the ‘continent’ map, so all countries will appear in the correct filter in diplomacy

Features:
-Restructured the entire technology tree. All techs now belong to one of four categories (Metallurgy, Carpentry, Agriculture, Organisation). Each category has a ‘main’ branch that removes hefty research penalties from tech by year.
-Support companies now use unique & upgradeable equipments rather than generic support equipment
Balance:
-Split Engineers into Campaign Engineers (granting defense and movement bonuses on rough ground, especially rivers) and Siege Engineers (granting attack and defense on Urban and Forts)
-Industrial farms now produce mounts instead of cloth
-Added super cheap & weak Improvised Infantry Weapons equipment that requires no research
-Split max factories in state & dockyard output into separate techs from concentrated/dispersed industry. Reduced their research times & gave concentrated an efficiency growth boost to compensate
-Fixed artillery buildings now longer take up shared slots, and have a maximum level of 10
-Reduced the range of fixed artillery buildings
-Reduced the research year for many techs. All techs lose their ahead of time penalty by 3022 at the latest
-White Mountain & Druedain units now start with javelins
-Superior firepower grants a 5% reduction in Bow & Spear cost
Graphics:
-Replaced the icons for all industrial technologies
-Replaced the icons & backgrounds for most tech folders
Localisation:
-Updated the names and descriptions for most civilian techs

-Made pikes into a more infantry-like unit. Pike units require 100 equipment & 1k manpower just like infantry. They have 60 organization (same as infantry) and 20 HP (5 fewer than infantry). They now have 2 combat width.
-Lowered the costs and anti-cavalry abilities of pike equipment, but increased its small attack, defense, and breakthrough
-Moved spear research into the infantry tab
-Removed armored cars (they might come back later)
-Reduced overall defensive & anti cavalry stats, as well as cost, for both types of infantry equipment
-Reduced the offensive stats of one handed infantry equipment
-Rangers count as infantry class units for the purpose of unit modifiers
-Mordor’s focus “End the Age of Men” now grants wargoals against all of Gondor’s subjects
Graphics
-Added flags for the Goblins of the Windy Mountains
-Updated the unit icons for infantry, motorized, & pikes
-Updated the resource icons
-Updated the generic light cavalry icons
-Updated the icons for infantry equipment, armor, and spears. Gave Gondor a unique set
