Attempting to add the job crystal that lets you learn the necromancer Job. May have several uploads as I figure out coordinates.

- Successfully implemented changes from Version 0.10 now
- Added a new passive further down the tree called 'Early Leecher', which automatically applies 'Necrotic Leech' buff to self at the start of battle for 3 turns. I'm hoping the Necrotic Leech ability and Early Leecher passive combined will cut down the difficulty that comes with the Recovery Allergy passive.

Version 0.10 - Bigger job changes in this update!

Adjustments:
- "Minion Master' no longer inflicts 'Death Sentence' for 2 turns and will instead inflict 'Entropic Countdown' for 2 turns. This operates in the same way but can no longer be cleansed, so use those turns alive wisely!
- "Recovery Allergy" now persists after death making life as a Necromancer a little more risky. As this increases the difficulty of the job, a new ability has been added to support this and create a more specific playstyle.
- New ability: "Necrotic Leech" (cost 6MP + 6AP) will grant your target (ally or self) a Necrotic Leech buff that will give them life leech for 3 turns, drawing a portion of their enemy's essence with any attack they inflict. For those with recovery allergy, this will allow them more consistent healing without triggering the damage response

** Please note i'm still figuring out the life leech mechanics and may need to try a few uploads before I get it right. If i'm lucky maybe it'll work first time - we'll see! **
