Fixed Wash's Happy Go Lucky trait
Made Simon a pacifist
Mal is now a Crack Shot (new trait, 25% to hit bonus)
Jayne is Testosteroned and Lazy (new traits, likes to punch the pole & shoot targets, stays in bed longer and is a bit slower with manual handling)
Kaylee is Handy and a Techno Whiz (new traits, repair speed doubled, assembliong electronics speed doubled)
Some balance to the various stats. Can't exactly remember what they are...
