Made a few small fixes.
Aircraft carrier spawns are still WiP as they don't seem to always spawn all of their escorts.
Fixed Re2000 gyro to be a standard AWG one.
Fixed Re2001 coming in with propeller off.

Merged Naval Encounters into this mod.
Still testing ships, there is an issue with CTCs not initializing properly.
Rudimentary implementation of Aquila carrier.
Corrected a number of small issues with the naval grids.

Added an ammo depot to both factions that is defended by some bots.

Fixed the F 222 and MS 406 spawning with propellers turned off.
All planes should be spawning with active propellers now.

Factory functions tested and fixed.
Cargo planes now properly get called to the factories, they will fly to them and despawn. When they despawn the factory builds blocks from the projector. (The pipe conveyors do not build currently and I suspect it is due to them not mounting on all sides)
The crash behavior now works correctly. Previously it was triggering but then autopilot was overriding it back and forth. The crash behavior now sets the grid behavior to passive before disabling thrust and applying rotation.

Re2001s now spawn with their propeller on, correcting the crashing immediately after spawn.

FC20 factory plane tail guns no longer shoot at the building, the custom controller defaults to off now.

Potez630 factory prefab was missing, it is added now.
