1. Bug fixes
- starting potions were always the same
- fix arcanist potion
- add weaver missing swarm ability
- fix Pudge Bonus round
- fix items name in Roshan shop

2. Update neutral items
- now items are fully shareable
- shared item can't be dropped at fountain and send to stash by not owner.

3. Update Rewards
- now always 4 choices

1. Apply Blessing upgrades to players (from Aghanim Blessing Tree)
- starting upgrades - tomes, stats, gold and potions will have greater upgrade values for 1-3 players

2. Add Tome of knowledge to shop
- starts with 2 in stock
- provides 700 XP splitted to all players
