-New Feature: Dodge Meter (I was planning to add this to my next fighter, but I had the stupid idea to put it here first to see how it would feel in actual gameplay. Functions the same way as MultiVersus. You have 6 charges of dodge. If you dodge, you use one charge. It takes two commanded attacks to regain one charge. If you cancel out of dodge, you use an extra charge of dodge. If you are out of charges, you can no longer gain invincibility from any source of your own. Refresh time takes 720 frames, but every commanded attack reduces that timer by 60 frames.)
-Dodge Roll speed increased (11 -> 13)
-Airdashes now dodge attacks (assuming you have dodge meter) until frame 17
-Airdash cancel no longer sends into freefall
-Grounded Spot Dodge no longer attacks
-Jab 1 can now lead into Jab 2 three frames earlier
-Jab 1 less likely to hit from behind
-New Jab 3 is trip from old Spot Dodge (Old Jab 3 moved to Jab 4)
