-Down Special Cooldown Adjusted (35 -> 45)
-Burn Charge Maximum increased (6 -> 10)
-Parry now stores Bonus Burn that will increase damage of Burst (N/A -> 5)(Does not affect self burn)
-Burst Charge can now be cancelled by pressing shield again (preserves burn charge)
-Taking Damage during Burst Charge will remove all Burn Charge and Bonus Burn
-GunMon is now completely invincible during Burst (can still be grabbed)
-AI Jumps Less
