Some small updates

Findout that weapons don't have aitarget tag so user of weapon is invisible for mobs, fixed it for gauss and marine smg

Also reimplement laser sight, tactical light, supressor, so they can be used in new barotrauma maner, for now supressor slot avaliable only for Marine SMG

Added flashlight for most used EK weapons
Fixed bugs with Gauss rifle
Some minor changes in where and when gun will be selled
Some changes in damage of guns (more vanilization)

Expirement with weapons
Now gauss rifle uses batteries and have slot for flashlight

Fixed tags for most tools of EK Utility so talents that affect tools quality seems to start working
Cleaned code of most Tools so they can now use other modded batteries
Also fixed health of Reinforced Oxygen tanks - so they start to have twice oxygen than normal tanks
Also fixed health(Maximum condition) of Nucleotic battery so now it's last's 4 times than normal battries as expected in dirty code of most of EK tools
Change recipe of JetScooter also corrected battery slots of it

Added skillcheck for oxygen tanks also fixed tags of hardsuit so AI don't use it in hull without oxygen

Fix oxygen consumption on military II and utility I, it's don't consume oxygen even if tank is added
