Italy will now join your faction if you do the Latin Entente, this was broken since BBA.

I didn't make all of the changes nor tested it but it should be fine.

Updated to 1.14.8 since paradox made some changes to France for some reasons.
Fun fact, they said that a focus now give 50 pp but it's actually another that gives this bonus.

Made the historical AI choose better focus path, the default ones are really bad lmao.

Fixed for 1.14.6 because Paradox randomly changed French special forces focuses.

Fixed focus giving more factories than building slots
