FIXED THE TWO LONGEST STANDING ISSUES, HUZZAH!

1) Fixed the buggy water splits between the forward and rear railgun drainage bays. The water flows to the bottom properly as it should and you can move between them when partially or fully flooded.

2) Fixed the AI getting stuck on the ladder to the Electrical Room.

Updated hulls and hull names. Changed a couple pumps from ballast to bilge.

Added some character to the sub's background.
Moved some wires, walls.
Added proper ducting in the front and rear of ship to drain into each ballast as its a common damage area.
