-Wired Emergency Lights to turn on if reactor output reaches 0.

-Fixed turret arcs, *slightly* upped fire-rate of flak gun.

-Changed lamps to use relay system instead of loading junction boxes.
-Added sonar monitor near command deck for auxillary mineral scanning.
-Wired automated spotlights around hull for target lighting and random searching.
