Made a small change which may, possibly, prevent Omamori from malfunctioning under very rare conditions.

Fixed a ConcurrentModificationException crash when removing Parasite from deck while other effects are in progress.
Champ's damage dealt on turn 3 now properly matches their intent (+1 damage).

Fixed a situation where Ascension Mode would try to enable itself.
Red Skull now activates automatically (temporary QoL change). Reworded Strike Dummy (no change in effect).
