CGM 5.5:
- added new toggle to trait selection - "Override asteroid trait rules": this allows ignoring world trait rules for trait adding (caution: this can increase worlgen failure rates and is thus disabled by default)
- dlc toggle triggers now only trigger when the dlc state was actually changed (e.g. when toggling a ceres asteroid)
- Geysers and traits are now sorted alphabetically in the selection screen

- fixed scaled geyser counts not resetting between asteroids, leading to rather funky geyser numbers if multiple asteroids in the cluster had the same trait (affecting geoactive and volcanic activity) while also being scaled up in size

- added a check that prevents directly adjacent asteroids as that causes the game to crash when a rocket tries landing with roundtrip enabled
