-Fixed a bug related to a fatal crash upon a civ who is marked by Boar!mitri's Vengeance Decision, where the civ being killed or having their capital taken would crash the game
-Fixed a bug regarding the Vengeance target marker being unidentified

-Fixed a bug where Sane!Dimitri's religious damage would apply to cities without a dominant religion, but with followers of his majority religion
-UU splash damage effect now only applies on offense as intended
-Several fixes to E&D (improper triggers, UI errors, etc)
-UU promo now has a unique icon
-Fixed a silly little error with Cultural Diversity OST support
-Fixed a bug with AI Heroic Acts not getting GP's properly

-Dimitri (Regular)'s UA Nerf: Only Great Works created by you provide +1 XP at base. Any Great Work, regardless of owner, that achieves a Theming Bonus will still provide an additional +1 XP.
-Added inherit CultureOverview support for Dimitri (Regular)'s Castles
-King of Lion Corps Combat Class changed from Mounted to Melee
-Fabled Knight Heroic Act kill tracker promotions are removed upon achieving any condition for a Heroic Act with them
-Fabled Knights can no longer create Great Works upon embarking
-Fabled Knights can die like true knights
-Removed the Fabled Knights obsolete tech
-Various bug fixes in regards to E&D
-"Establish a Federal System" condition changed from owning at least 4 Cities to owning at least 4 Castles
-"Establish a Federal System" Castle buff changed from +2 Happiness/+2 Culture for Castles -> +2 Happiness/+1 Culture

~Changed the UU splash damage effect's text to reflect its actual coded effect (the splash damage affects enemy units adjacent to the UU when entering combat and surviving rather than just attacking, gamesux)
~Cleaned up the Heroic Act UI (ty chrisy)
~Fixed a harmless but annoying error showing up in the log with non-Fabled Knight units being born
~Center Includes are no longer Center Inludes (plot iterator consistency fixes)
~Fixed a bug with Dimitri's Decisions completely disappearing due to a failed iEra check
~Fixed a bug with Dimitri's Cornelia Event failing to save after it triggers
~Dimitri's civ icon will no longer swap with the special trait swapping events
~Enacting one of the mutually exclusive "Centralize the Noble Houses" and "Establish a Federal System" Decisions no longer incorrectly shows both as being enacted
~Added text to the aforementioned Decisions stating they are mutually exclusive
